We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Include all original items, tags, and packaging. For character costumes like A League of Their Own or Alice in Wonderland outfits, please include all accessories.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send your package to our store address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
